Terms of Service

These terms of service establish the conditions for using the Yorumcu platform ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Yorumcu is a SaaS platform that generates AI-powered reply drafts for customer reviews on Google Business Profile and publishes these replies with user approval.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account information.
• You acknowledge that you understand the scope of permissions granted for Google account connectivity.
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

4. Data Usage

• Google Business Profile API data is used solely for AI reply generation and notification services.
• Your data is not sold to or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
• Data obtained via the API is not retained for more than 30 days.

5. Prohibited Use

• Using the platform for illegal, misleading, or abusive purposes.
• Accessing the platform via automated bots or scrapers.
• Publishing content that violates third-party rights.
• Engaging in activities that compromise system security.

6. Pricing & Subscriptions

• The free plan offers limited features; paid plans are available as monthly or annual subscriptions.
• Prices are set in Turkish Lira (TRY) and processed through iyzico payment infrastructure.
• Subscription cancellation remains effective until the end of the current billing period.

7. Service Changes

Yorumcu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service with prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated via email.

8. Limitation of Liability

Yorumcu shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, or business interruptions arising from the use of the platform. The service is provided "as is".
